"When we went to check into the hotel, they couldn’t find our booking. When I showed them the confirmation on Expedia, they said they are no longer part of that platform, therefore my payment and reservation didn’t go thru to them and I had to pay all over again. Also, even though we were two people, we were only given one towel in the room and complimentary breakfast for one. Other than that the staff were very friendly and personable. "

"From the look of things the staff are experienced at all! The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The choice of cable channels was too bad. An area of strength for them would be security which was impressive. They would always call your room to ask if it was ok for visitor to leave. Hats up for them their but overall I was not too happy with my stay there and not too certain if I would want to stay there again!!!"

"Generally on the surface, this hotel looks clean but there are many areas where its lacking. The room itself its clean but the bathroom needs more work. I only stayed a night. Checked in late nite, the staff did not have my booking from Expedia and the price difference issue was raised but they decided to sort it and give us the rooms we wanted. The airconditioners were not cold enough, we asked for a fan several times, but never received one. The internet was not strong either, kept...
