"The surrounding area is nice and quiet, as well as walkable from the Nishi Akashi train station. The room's clean too, hotel reception staff was helpful and there is even a small shopping centre across the road. All in all, a nice biz hotel to stay in. Only con was that it's not too sound proof so i could hear someone upstairs walking back and forth. Luckily it was only for a while. "

"TBH this was our first adult only “love” hotel experience in Japan. The location is amazing, right opposite the beach - but the room we had had no view. The hotel was really cheap (£34 per night when we booked), and the service is amazing. If you’ve ever done video Karaoke in Japan, it’s more like that than a regular hotel - but obviously the room has a bed in it!! There is 24hr room service for food and drinks, and breakfast brought to your room. You can park your car for free. The only draw-back is a late check-in (6pm), our particular room was a bit tacky and old (but perfectly clean) and you’re not really expected to leave your room (you don’t get a regular room key - more of a charge card that you swipe on your way out to check out). I am really pleased we stayed here because of the price and the “love hotel” experience. We will definitely do it again, but probably not book in advance this time, as there were different (a bit more expensive but much nicer) rooms available that we could have picked from a digital display if we had just “walked in”."
