"Firstly, there is no front desk at this hotel. When we arrived the driver gave us a key, told us where to go and left. We were left to carry all our luggage and sleeping baby ourselves. There was no hot water on arrival. There was a note explaining to turn the hot water heater on. I turned it on and 5 hours later the water was warm at best.
