"Lovely hotel. We stayed here for a family wedding in Nagano and was very easy to navigate from. Breakfast here was superb! Only one slight niggle was the air conditioning had been switched off as it was October but it was too hot in the room!"

"Great for our overnight before taking the Alpine route. Can’t say enough about how helpful the staff was. Luggable forwarding drop off for the alpine route is in the hotel lobby which was great! The hotel is very conveniently located across from the train station and the bus that takes you to the beginning of the route. Would recommend to anyone who is taking the route!"
