"Everything was fantastic! Large rooms with lots of space, huge bathroom with a tub, extremely comfortable bed, and free drinks! I only have 2 minor complaints. First is that housekeeping should NOT be trying to get in my room at 8am, that’s way too early considering that checkout is at 12 noon. Second is that there’s nobody at the reception desk until 1pm, I wanted to ask about staying another night but nobody was there. Overall, it was a really nice place in a great location. "

"Convenient location. Close to the main train station and easy to get into the city center. Our room had the smell that someone had been smoking in it before (not sure when) and there were some noticeable stains on the carpet by the bathroom. The room was a good size, bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable and the sauna (extra fee per person/per hour) was a nice option! "

Maybe a English course by the employer would be helpful Otherwise, we were happy to stay at the hotel and would recommend to others"

"Nice boutique hotel in an easily walkable location in Quedlinburg. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than average and parking was easy. Loved the area and would happily return to this hotel in the future. "

"Good hotel with amazingly clean rooms. Room was big and recently renovated, lots of space and nice touches like tea and coffee in the room. Big windows let in loads of natural light, and opening windows allowed fresh air which was nice. The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town. Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so...

"The hotel staff were friendly, the breakfast offered included a variety of food, and was easy walking distance to the old town. The dinner menu did not offer a variety of good and as expensive. In addition, the bar was closed on the nights we were there."

"Front desk staff was downright rude, wasn’t greeted or addressed, was made to wait for no reason and had to listen to the fron desk Cleak complain about how little money the hotel received. "This is a good hotel for people travelling through the Leipzig area, without a need to go into the city. The hotel is being renovated right now, and hopefully those renovations will lead to improvements. Our main criticism was the shower, as there were no handles to grab on to, and the "slip factor' is great. As it stands, the shower is unsafe. We alerted the contractor about this and I think they are working on improving the showers. Other than that, this hotel is fine for what it is. "
