If you're taking the time to read this then I have one piece of advice for you, get your international drivers permit before coming so you can rent a car. The cabs can become expensive very quickly and renting a car will open you up to a world of opportunities."

"Very nice hotel located perfectly near monorail and the main shopping street, but also 1/2 block off the hectic Main Street. Front desk staff were super nice and helpful with extra towels and water bottles. Breakfast was extensive and great - well worth adding if offered at a reasonable price on top of room price!"

"A very good location for short time vacation. The bus line outside the front gate is excellent as it stops at most tourist places. Shopping and dining become very easy. Their laundry room is very big and provides many machines, very good. The pool is beautiful, but I didn't try it, because the weather was still cool. The beach is walkable even you don't swim in this season. The only complaint is breakfast buffet was very crowded. "
