When the fire / smoke alarm went crazy, we called them management and they were great and arranged the maintenance guy to come to sort out the issue. "This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay on our trip to Winchester! Located just a block from the train station and an easy 5 minute walk into the heart of the town. The place was very clean and had a lovely porch to sit out on and enjoy in the evenings. Claire was helpful and gracious throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here when you head to this beautiful cathedral town."
