"There were multiple problems with this hotel and if I could get a refund I would request it. First, upon check in the staff didnt offer guidance for what is included or not. Second, the food made us sick and we didnt eat at the included meals. Third, the staff hardly cleaned the rooms. It was disgusting. Finally, we checked out 4 days early because they charged us $100 dollars to clean 2 small bags of laundry."

"I got a great deal on this hotel so find it hard to knock at the price. But a few words of advice you will be charged extra for air conditioning even though it is not mentioned on hotel.com. You would benefit from some eye covers as the rooms are 50% window with no blackout curtains. Location is very good though."
