"Dining facilities were atrocious. Very limited food choice with flies, insects flying about all over the food and dining area. Adults only pool was big with plenty of beds, but the staff allowed children to play in the pool and only moved them on when complaints were raised. Room was spacious and the cleaning staff were in every day. Our maid was excellent, leaving clean towels etc. This was the only good thing about the Hotel I'm afraid, Would not recommend and definitely will not be back! The...

"There were multiple problems with this hotel and if I could get a refund I would request it. First, upon check in the staff didnt offer guidance for what is included or not. Second, the food made us sick and we didnt eat at the included meals. Third, the staff hardly cleaned the rooms. It was disgusting. Finally, we checked out 4 days early because they charged us $100 dollars to clean 2 small bags of laundry."

"This place is awesome. I couldn't tell from the Expedia posting tat this place is right by the water in a great area. Every night we sat out on the Balcony and it was awesome. Breakfast was also very good. Two bad things/ notes: 1. The Google Maps location is off (at least in English). The place actually closer to the coast. 2`.
