"Kelebek turned out to be a great choice of hotel for visiting Goreme. From the moment we arrived the staff, especially Yousef, were really helpful and attentive. We received a room upgrade on arrival and the views from the room’s terrace and all around the property are great. We stayed in a classic cave room, which was fun. A standout feature was breakfast, with one of the best selections and taste I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time. The hotel also organized airport transfer, a tour (Green tour), and a hot air balloon ride, all of which were well organized and with great guides and operators. If anyone is after being in the middle of the action and wants to be well looked after, head to Kelebek hotel."

"Beautiful cave hotel. Wonderful friendly staff. Located near the bottom of the hill so easy access although the climb to the top of the hill is essential at least once. The bathrooms have under floor heating - so cosy!! Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend!!!!"

She was very knowledgeable, well mannered, pleasant, a great listener, and overall very helpful. Breakfast was great, with many options. The terrace was a great place to have breakfast and watch balloons and sunrise. All in all a great experience!!!"
