"What a great break we had at this hotel, fantastic location and amenities. Their Staff however are their jewel in the crown. Nothing was to much bother, they were always smiling and attentive. Ricardo on the foyer bar was a very professional bar man. We attended the New Year’s Day lunch which was amazing, a special thanks to Alba. What a star, brilliant. I highly recommend this hotel in every way. And we will be going back in a couple of months."

"The Odyssey Rooms are absolutely superb! A great location by the port and about 3 minute walk from the beach. Everywhere is sparkling clean. We stayed in the double standard and it was a spacious room, plenty of wardrobe space and the TV has Netflix and Prime which was great as we could sign in to our account. It was my husband’s birthday while there and they left him a small bottle of fizz and chocolates which was such a thoughtful touch. The reception staff were great and really helpful. Check in was slick as we received an online form before we arrived. We will definitely stay at the Odyssey Rooms again and recommend to anyone coming to Alicante. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. "

"A very good value for money option. The rooms are spacious and appeared to be refurbished with double doors to insulate from any corridor noise, desk space to work and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfortable bed and black out blinds. The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but the lounge area in particular is bright and comfortable and the staff are helpful and friendly. Tram stop for both Benidorm and Alicante is a short walk away, or if you’re feeling up to it, Alicante centre is about a 40min walk on a dedicated walkway (used to be a rail line). I’d stay here again! "

"The staff on the desk were very polite and pleasant. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Our rooms were very clean - loved the enclosed balcony as it was December. We stayed at New Year and was lucky to have the celebrations literally outside the hotel. Loads of places to eat nearby, also supermarkets for what else you may need. Used the tram to Altea which was very reasonable."
