All the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, but Yolanda on reception was amazing. She gave me some fantastic tips about where to visit and how to get there using the trams. "I was a little apprehensive about staying here, but how wrong I was! The hotel reception was welcoming and we were able to check in early as we had a very early flight! The room was light, airy and clean. It had good heating to take the chill off the February air! All in all, a great location and would certainly book again if staying in Alicante!"
