"I booked this property last-minute for a quick stay from Denver and found it exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and situated in a stunning historic Boulder neighborhood. Though I only stayed for one night instead of two, the location alone makes it a great choice. Communication with the host was limited, but I didn’t require much interaction. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in one of the best areas in Boulder!"

"The location was exactly what we needed. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The kitchen was large enough for 4 adults to have breakfast together.The only improvement I could recommend is adding a railing to the back porch steps. One member of our group is very unsteady on their feet and a railing would have been useful."

"Stayed 5 nights for a wedding. 30 minute drive to Trenton at the venue. Not bad at all. The space was very relaxing and had great vibes. The host was super cool and we were able to use the kitchen to cook some of our meals. The space has a nice sitting area and large TV for relaxing at the end of a day. Great place way better than a hotel or just getting a room to sleep in. Would stay again here if back in the area. Very happy with our choice. Great people. Excellent experience "

"We stayed here on a trip to Colorado on the days we hiked in Rocky Mountain National Park. Longmont is a short drive from the house (groceries, gym) and the town of Lyons truly has everything you need for a short stay. Host was professional and responsive. Wonderful spot for a getaway! "

"It was perfect! Enough space to have the whole family over for brunch. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and lots of other amenities. Super clean and quiet neighborhood, close to downtown. "

"Pearl St one block away; skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, dogsledding, theatre, concerts all 5 mins - 2 hours away. House - a work of Boulder art! Even Boulder friends loved it. Organization great. No need to contact owners. Will def recommend to visiting friends! "

"This is the best VRBO I’ve stayed in-regardless of state! Cute neighborhood, very nicely remodeled ranch home that was exceptionally clean and bright upon arrival. Plenty of natural light indoors and a lovely covered backyard porch for relaxing on in the mornings with coffee. And to top it off, the owner, Andy, was very responsive to my questions. Thank you so much, Andy!"

"My husband and I stayed for six nights (1/25-1/30.) The Banyan Inn was very comfortable. Very clean. Nicely decorated. The availability of the garage was a plus given snow/cold weather. The nearby Loveland Sculpture Garden is a treasure. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Hope to come and stay again. Kathy M."
