"Bright and sunny great room space and magnificent deck for taking in the fall colors over morning coffee. Close to Pearl Street restaurants, shops and bars. Host was quick to respond to requests/questions and was most accommodating. "

"I rented this house during my son’s destination wedding in Boulder so my family could stay together. Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, clean and the views are amazing. This house was a short drive to Pearl Street too. The owner Jason was outstanding and very nice to deal with. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very accessible and attentive. "Our 5 family members enjoyed our stay immensely. With 3 family members aged 80 -92 the two bedrooms on the main level were spacious and gave them easy access without having to do any stairs. The downstairs bedroom was comfortable also. Wonderful kitchen and dining areas and a well stocked kitchen as well. We will definitely stay here again. Very convenient location to visit our family in Fort Collins. "

"There were four of us ladies who met up in Boulder for the weekend from out-of-town. This was the perfect place for us to stay! It cannot be exaggerated how clean it was, how organized the kitchen, beds and bedding were comfy, and it was in the absolute perfect location near Pearl Street. The homeowner checked in on us to make sure everything was okay and was an excellent communicator throughout. We will definitely stay here again when we visit and highly recommend this property for a Boulder...

"the room, which is on the second floor of a newly remodeled home, is cozy, clean and quiet. It is a relatively small space that is plenty for one. Recommend to have a car to travel to local places to eat, shop, etc. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Sally the owner is very nice and accommodating. I recommend this vrbo for one or two guests.
