"Staff were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately that’s all the benefits of this place. Location was a nightmare if driving - it is on the top of a hill with a single narrow lane and nowhere to park. Had to park at nearest paid parking lot and walk then push luggage uphill to hotel. Hotel is very dated and has no air conditioning. I knew this before hand from the hotel info, but was not prepared for a room with no windows in the middle of a 35C heat wave. A fan was provided, but not...

"Very nice location, beautiful area. Be aware that if you arrive at a time when receptionist is not present (on Sunday afternoon, say) you will need to make a phone call in order to get the code to let you in the building."

"Comfortable room in good location. Likely to appeal to those visiting casino, although we didn’t. "

"Comfortable and safe hotel near train station. Everything is functional and free parking is across the street. My son and I stayed here one night (Aug 2022). Nothing to write home about, but bery correct. "

"Excellent hotel and facilities and would of been 5 star across the board except for one lazy member of staff at the reception. Eating their lunch at the end of the reception desk but unwilling to render assistance to patrons. Maybe it was her dinner break, but eat in the dining area behind not at reception. Wanted to reserve a table for evening meal, however we went and spent elsewhere."

"The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say"
