It is exactly as advertised and the owner is very communicative and helpful recommending local restaurants, etc. We definitely would stay here again if we travel to the Cape. The beach is very close and we could see the water from the cottage. Great location! "

The kitchen has all you need for home cooking, and the dining table sat all of us comfortably, with room for more. We really appreciated that we could bring our dog. Highly recommend this rental!"
