"We loved the place very much, sparkling clean and all equipped for home a way from home. Great location , few minutes to grocery store, less than 10 minutes to the beaches and bike trails. This place is by far the best place we ever stayed at when we've visited Cape Cod. We will definitely come back again next year. Only one hiccup was on check in the address we received from Vrbo was the wrong address but we were able to get in touch with the owner right away. Thank you so much!"

Our host had thought of every detail to make us feel welcome and comfortable and he was available had we needed anything. "We just returned from our Vrbo stay in Hyannis. The property is perfectly located for a morning beach walk or any walk for that matter. Clean, good size bedrooms and very well equipped. One flaw, the heating situation is way off ! Upstairs bedrooms were boiling as well as the 2 downstairs bedrooms and the kitchen, living/ dining area were cool. This made sleeping almost impossible for everyone. If the heating was not a problem I would have given this rental 5 stars. "

"We came to visit Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard and one of the best parts of our trip is this gem. It was the perfect size for 4 of us. Close to the beach and the seashell collecting was amazing. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We had some questions and the owner was very responsive. We would stay here again!"
