"We stayed in unit 26f. This building is at end of the complex affording a more quiet location with little in and out car traffic. Nice unit but could benefit from some small amenities added inside like peg racks for coats and towels, blackout curtains (patio lights on 24/7 lit up our room at night thru big picture window, we unscrewed bulb after 2nd night), shelf space in bathroom and some additional basic kitchen things like S&P, basic spices, aluminum foil and reynolds wrap. "We loved the place very much, sparkling clean and all equipped for home a way from home. Great location , few minutes to grocery store, less than 10 minutes to the beaches and bike trails. This place is by far the best place we ever stayed at when we've visited Cape Cod. We will definitely come back again next year. Only one hiccup was on check in the address we received from Vrbo was the wrong address but we were able to get in touch with the owner right away. Thank you so much!"

"Nice inn with comfortable and clean units. Not spectacular, but it's one of the few affordable places on the island. Some people might be put off by the location, a mile south of Oaks Bluff. But it's got Noman's, a great restaurant with live music, and it's right on the bus line. Also you can walk 15 minutes to the beach. Units not soundproof, you can here some noise from your neighbors. Great pool and tennis courts."
