"Advertised as a hotel (not Pontins) with an address that didn't match the booking one and lacking many of the basics you'd have in in anything resembling a hotel. One of the worst properties I've stayed in over 4 decades. A generally stand off ish and hostile undertone from the staffing on arrival, several serious defects and no warning about the bedding or towel shortfalls (unless you are one of their loyal customers who tolerate more than they should be expected to). "My stay was excellent, the staff were very professional and accommodating. My meal in the restaurant wad amazing, compliments to the chef. The front of house manager Nicholas Crittenden was fantastic he was very knowledge about the menu and selection of food I ordered he is a credit to your establishment. "
