"I couldn’t fault the staff - absolutely second to none, helpful, friendly and welcoming. The dining - WOW, 5 stars. From supper to breakfast simply delicious and would certainly go there for a celebratory meal - it was that good. I think once the rooms are upgraded to match the quality and refurb of the dining, reception and bar areas The Orange Grove would be top of my list in the area for a wonderful relaxing stay. "This lovely quaint Guest House was ideal for us on New Year's Eve as we were invited to a Masquerade Ball held at The Queens Hotel which was only a 6 minute walk away from the Guest House. We were initially thinking of going by taxi but trying to get a taxi on New Year's Eve is a nightmare and there's no guarantee anyway that they would actually turn up. "We enjoyed our stay here, walking distance to town and local shops/restaurants. Enjoyed being able to have facilities to make our own breakfast, although there is a restaurant downstairs. The shower was brilliant, water pressure was really good and the soaps provided were lovely.
