"This VRBO home was booked for an offsite meeting October 7 to 9, 2024. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Mississauga but the inside of the home does not match the neighborhood. Definitely not what the pictures portrayed. The home is dirty and unkept in most rooms and upper/ lower floor. The beds only had a bottom sheet and a comforter with no top sheet or pillowcases. Washrooms were dirty. There was broken furniture throughout the home some being held with tape. The appliances were also dirty. "

"It was very frustrating to get in touch with the property manager on a few occasions. I would call/text her cell phone and it would take 2-3 days to hear back from her. My mother would intervene and contact her through the ap. The dish washer was broke down and we had to clean up the mess on 2 different occasion of water all over the floor...it was replaced 4 days after the flood. She did supply paper plated and cups upon request. Coffee maker did not work properly either. It would take over 10 minutes to brew one cup...and then wouldn't work. We ended up getting take out it was so frustrating, and also very expensive. The house was not very clean in my opinion...For what you charge I would expect more. I was hoping that we would be able to book this again for next year...but it was very disappointing. On the arrival day the 'tenant' who is the property managers son, monopolized the chairs outside in the gazebo area with he and his 3 friends. We asked if there were more chairs, he no. It was the only day we could actually sit together out doors before we began the CNE the following day. He also had a cat and dog that were in the back yard the majority of the day. It was hot some days and he was not on the property. My family is not afraid of animals, but I am surprised they were in the common space for long periods of time every day though. We also gave water to the dog that should have never been left outside on a very hot day. Dougal "

"Myself and my 2 teenagers traveled to Toronto for a 4 day trip and why we need 3 bedrooms for everyone's privacy and stuff. The neighborhood of the home was quiet, both on street and driveway parking but the inside of the home could use some improvements. It is evident that this home has been lived in either by a tenant previously or the owner and there were certain easy fixes that could be done to really bring up the quality a level. Headboard furniture wear in the wall of one of the bedrooms and rusty/dirty parts of the door and trim from the door hinges. Missing kitchen drawer face in the kitchen, window screen popped out from kitchen window, broken refrigerator handle, and the back yard was not mowed with either an old canopy structure pieces left to weather and front and bike patio that needs attention. Apparently on other sites the owner rents out the rooms individually so each bedroom has a keypad lock therefore each bedroom has its own TV and dresser and the beds slept well. Water pressure was good and everything was mostly functional in the bathroom and towels and linens were provided. Entry way had a lingering smell of prior food that had been cooked in the home and/or spices kept but overall for a safe and clean place to sleep and not be cramped this checked the box. The host was communicative and I would recommend staying here for that reason however as I mentioned a little attention to detail and minor repairs would really elevate this place."

"The house is amazing with updated furnishings and appliances. Although weather did not permit us to take advantage of it, there is a spacious backyard with a grill and outdoor seating. The house was fully stocked with necessities (paper products) and extras (shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, etc.). The location was close to the highway and made traveling to Toronto and Niagara Falls very easy. The owner kept in communication to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Highly highly recommend this property — it was PERFECT for our family vacation!"
