"Great Host. Sam was always available and responded very quickly to all text. We returned to the home late after my daughter’s wedding. We lost power and I text Sam and he responded very quickly. The power outage was no fault of his own as part of the neighborhood also lost power. He was very concerned and seemed genuinely sorry for the incident.
