"Room was clean & comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was our breakfast in the morning. The cooked buffet selection was barely warm, such a shame with so much choice on offer. We arrived about 7:50am and breakfast was available until 9:30am. If stating hot food provided, it should be hot."

The only disappointment we had was we didnt know in advance that the pool would shut early and open late the next day so we wouldnt get to use it very much. "Basic but spotlessly clean. Good for a short stay where all I needed was bed and breakfast. My only complaint was that I was not warned that parking was restricted (on Saturdays as well as weekdays) and I got a ticket. Not really their fault, but maybe something to note."

"Service was great a the hotel is newly decorated and clean. Didn’t use the spa but looks good. Minor gripes were that the reception staff were not always there and the extra key ‘card machine’ was not especially simple. The TV had unusual channels and I would have liked more comfortable chairs in the bedroom. Otherwise, a good value hotel with a great shower."
