"The property is sited on a farm. It is well away from an unsealed road (no traffic noise) and from the farm house. I think I may have heard a chain saw for a short while. In case you are worried there are no farmyard 'smells'. Check in and instructions on how to find the property were great. The manager replied promptly to my questions. I saw no one else, but I could have walked to the farmhouse if there was a major problem. The property is a converted shipping container, that is light, airy and was easy to warm up. The kitchen and shower were good. The view was lovely. I have no criticism what so ever. Like most of the Canterbury beaches south of Christchurch are NOT for swimming. In hindsight I should have taken my surfcaster rod. "

"We are a group of friends, and the house is very spacious. We had 2 couples. The rest of us were singles, so we all had a room each. Wheelchair friendly, which we needed. Kitchen is very nice to work in. "
