"Everything was top-notch….EXCEPT for entrance signs!! There were NONE, not even a number…had to drive around the block four times and then just took a wild guess! Charlotte not out-of-town driver-friendly!! Staff more than made up for the aggravation…to a one they went out of their way to help me. ..."

Great food, room needed updating
"Great reception from Ms. Chase. Friendly & professional. Restaurant was surprisingly great. Our waitress great also. Our room smelled Dusty. I think the carpet needs to be shampooed, or ducts cleaned?"

"Perfect location and not far from all the city has to offer. The residence is very spacious and I would choose again over any hotel stay option. The staff were so accommodating and even fulfilled a small request for Valentine’s Day. Definitely will be booking again."

Just a stop on the way from Michigan to Florida. Had a good dinner, showered and went to bed. Nice close McDonald’s for morning coffee before hitting the road.

There’s a lot of convenience in variety of shopping, dining, etc. but the drivers are very aggressive, even maneuvering illegally just getting out of the hotel entrance.
