"The only negative was that other guest’s dog lefy 2 piles of geces in the corridet. Someone tried to remove it but left 2 significant feces smears on the carpet. We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. The smears remained for our entire visit until our last morning when we submitted complaints to reception director again, it was finally cleaned at the time of our departure. "The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend."

"Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet nahe der Autobahn Basel - Karlsruhe und eignet sich daher hervorragend für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf einer längeren Reise. Trotz Autobahnnähe war unser Zimmer absolut ruhig , sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze. Das mexikanische Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr empfehlendswert und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir können das Hotel wirklich empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen."

"Everything in the room was great. However, we were expected to bring our own dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes provided in the room. Breakfast had a lot of options, but the eggs and potatoes were cold. Nice parking garage, but the signage was lacking."

"Very difficult to get to with a private car since it is in a no traffic zone. Would recommend parking outside the no traffic zone with a small, hotel shuttle van."

"First time there, overall a very positive experience. Earlier checkin was possible which was very helpful too. The only slightly negative about this is the location next to sometimes busy traffic, but that is nothing that the hotel can change obviously. "

"Excellent value for the money! The flat has a perfect location. It is within walking distance to a supermarket, and two precious French towns, St. Louis and Huningue. Both towns have a pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, and shops. Colmar, France is 45 minutes away and the train station in Basil is about 6 km. "

"The hotel is clean comfortable, and nice. It’s in a good location and close to a tram stop. The only thing that isn’t excellent is that the WiFi is painful slow less than 3 mbps in the room. "
