"On arrival given room key which didn’t work call reception lady came to open the door she couldn’t taken to another room her key still didn’t work finally got another key the next day the keys still didn’t work had 3 in total was told that the battery would be changed in the door no one did this , the shower wouldn’t turn off had to call someone to do this, was told over the phone that we’d be able to get snacks but closed on the Friday night all in all not great!!!!"

"The hotel was well situated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room comfortable but the ventilation system was a bit noisy. Dinner and breakfast options were of standard for the hotel and tasty."

"Hull City Centre Holiday Inn was great for food, shopping and the Connexin Live. It was very clean and we had a comfortable sleep. Breakfast was good but would benefit from two hot drinks dispenser as there was always queues. Overall I would recommend staying here. "

"The set up is that of an american motel so not a hotel set up but more like miniature apartments that all have their own entrance doors which is quite cool. We were facing a main road and even with windows closed its really noisy so I'd recommend earplugs. The room itself was fine! Cant complain at all for the price. The linen was clean. A lot of the room is old and damaged i.e. lampshades, extremely dusty lighting, damaged bath tub etc. but everything did work as it should. Staff were friendly....
