"the house was beautiful and comfortable and although the neighborhood leaves much to be desired it was a very quiet neighborhood. Although there’s no shopping close in the area we were still in close proximity to the Renasant center Beale street and many other restaurants. The host Ms Ebony was very attentive and eager to make our stay a memorable one. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about places to go. I would definitely stay at the house again. Thank you Ebony for everything. "

"The house had plenty of room for 6 of us! Very clean and had everything we could want and need and then more! Easy check in and out process. We hope we can rent again when we return for St Jude Days of Remembrance next year! "

"Walls were dirty and there were several bugs. Some of the dishes were visibly dirty as well. Overall, not terribly but definitely room for much improvement."

"The whole building smells, and is run down. parking is expensive, we payed $30 to park for one day, on the 4th level and the elevator didn't even work."

"Everything was so nice! A lot better than what I expected for the price! The view off the balcony was off the top of a roof but you can also see the bridge so it was 100% worth it! The entrance doors locked at a certain time so it was very safe! Great area walking distance from everything. Only thing i would have to say is bundle up because i tried to cut the heat on due to them having the air on 60 when we walked in but it wouldn’t come on. "
