"I was upgarded to a one bed apartment from a studio as they had to move me to a different hotel location (mirabell). The room was huge, very modern and clean. Easy access to the building and excellent location. Communication with the team is via whatsapp and they respond promptly regardless of the time"

Check in process was simple, though they should put in a more secure method of registration and payment of fees (leaving a paper form with sensitive PII and cash in an envelope on the table as you check out, without being able to lock the door when you leave, is a huge identity theft risk - especially as the exterior door is left open and unlocked during the day). "There are not a lot of dining options or grocery in walking distance from this place. But it was nice to stay in the neighborhood off of the commercialized landscapes. With some planning, you can have a nice oasis while on your European vacation."

"Preis/Leistung passt. Alles in allen eine saubere Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Teppichböden muss man mögen, haben uns nicht gestört. Es ist ein Mehrfamilienhaus mit festen Bewohnern und Ferienwohnungen gemischt. Die Nachbarn/Bewohner im Haus (die wir getroffen haben) waren sehr freundlich und es ist sehr ruhig. Ein kleiner Negativpunkt ist der Zigarettengeruch im Flur, dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts und in der Wohnung selbst ist davon auch nichts zu riechen. Wer also...

"Stayed in this hotel in April 2025. Room was small, but comfortable and clean. The hallway is made with tiles, without any carpets, so it was getting a bit noisy when anyone was walking by/talking outside the room. There is an elevator with clear glass walls which made a nice view of surrounding area. Breakfast had a good selection of food, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price (ours was included with the room). The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at arte Hotel Salzburg. The hotel has a modern and stylish vibe, with spacious rooms that were clean, comfortable, and well-designed. We especially loved the large windows and stunning views of the city and surrounding mountains—it really added something special to our stay. The location is super convenient, right next to the main train station and just a short walk or ride to the old town. It was the perfect base for exploring Salzburg. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, arte Hotel Salzburg was a great place to stay—modern, comfortable, and in a perfect spot. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to others!"

"The property is in the mid point between train station and historical.town center and within easy walking distance to both. We arrived at noon time and was able to check in. We also got upgraded to a newly refurbished room which looks very new and all interior are very well done with high quality material. It is an enjoyable stay."
