"The castle is a dream. Wonderful place.Stunning .Super clean. Quiet walkable city down the hill. Beautiful rooms. The only bad thing was dinner time. It’s a shame that are so short staffed. It took forever to get food and a long wait (30 min.) to get coffee after dinner. A hotel with this stature should offer an excellent service all around. "

"The hotel itself is nice enough and we would have enjoyed the outdoor areas at and near the hotel with better weather. Annoyingly, the bar wasn't open in the afternoon and we noticed quite a number of people waiting when it did open. Strangely, the bar is not accessible through the hotel when the restaurant is closed, needing to walk around the front to get to. There must have been a large party booked in to the restaurant as it was full immediately after it opened so we had to wait an hour and...

"La cabaña es preciosa y está en un paraje muy bonito en pleno campo rodeado de encinas y con bancos en el exterior para comer, muy cerca del pueblo. Las camas de litera de 1.35 son amplias con lamas de madera. Los colchones muy incómodos, el sofá cama del comedor muy cómodo para dormir. El agua caliente y la calefacción funcionan muy bien. "Our room was dark during the day. The lights were very few and weak. In the morning the sunlight didn't let us sleep. The fornitures need an upgrade, the night table was broken and the wardrobe made funny sounds. But the worst was the wallpaper, broken and with many stains. The spa is very limited and expensive for what it is. The rest of the hotel is very nice, the restaurant, the patio and the employees are remarkable."

"This was a very pleasant surprise for us. What a fantastic location for beautiful nighttime strolls. The hotel is charming and comfortable. There is plenty of hot water for showering, and the breakfast was first rate. I would stay here again."
