"Everything from check in, check out, communication and amenities was excellent during our stay. Laurie and her husband Pat were amazing property managers. It snowed while we were staying and Pat plowed the driveways and salted the walkways. We forgot a few items and Laurie was kind enough to mail them back to us. I can’t say enough about our wonderful trip. We’ll definitely try to stay here again. "

"My brother lives in Wallkill, NY and he got married on his property this past weekend. We stayed at this home and really enjoyed ourselves. It was only 20 minutes from Wallkill. The home is an older home, but the owners have done a great job with the renovations. It was perfect for us and our 3 kids (20, 8, & 7). The girls loved the record player. "The house exceeded our expectations ! The house was spacious , clean and well stocked with all the essentials you can think of. The hosts have thought of everything down to the small details . I will definitely recommend this home for any future visits . It was about 20 minutes from Windham mountain. "

"Karin truly goes above and beyond for her guests! Her house is SPOTLESS! It’s fully stocked and nice and cozy. We thought there were three bedrooms according to the listing but there are 2 bedrooms upstairs- one bedroom with a king and one bedroom with two twin beds. So we needed to use the pull out couch downstairs but it worked out just fine! This house is truly a 1900s home so you will hear creaks and squeaky doors- but also is so fun to see the horses right across the street! "

"Great house for 3-4 families. Lots of space and beds. Nice bathroom layout was very convenient. Kitchen and Dining room made for great dinners. Owner was very responsive. Skiied 3 days at Hunter and would recommend."

"My family and I had the pleasure of spending a few days at Toymaker, and boy was it memorable! The home is an absolute dream, and the picture of zen my city self has been craving. The home is beautifully decorated, massive, yet cozy. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, fire place a definite plus. Cherry on top---hosts were super pleasant and responsive! My family and I would absolutely love to stay here again! "

"Very nice well maintained home. Kitchen is nicely stocked with pots, pans dishes, spices etc. furniture is very comfortable. The listing was for an indoor hot tub but that was out of order. The hot tub was our main reason for choosing this property. There was a work g hot tub outside but my husband and I are elderly and could not use it due to the snow. "
