"Front desk was outstanding and very understanding. We came up out of Denver to celebrate my brothers 90th birthday. We scheduled 2 nights but a winter storm warning was issued for Thursday. They let us out of the extra day. We will come back again"

"Check in was done quickly and easily. Roman was excellent at the front desk. Had to slam door pretty hard to keep it closed. I am a female traveling alone for work and am always armed but had I not been, don't think I would have felt very safe. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. Other than a few hairs left on the bathroom floor and old looking sheets the room was fairly clean. No bed bugs or other pests were seen. Shower had great water pressure, plenty of hot water and good heat in the room (it was 5-7 degrees). If I had to stay again, I could. I always bring my own shampoo & conditioner, good thing. Should there be another visit I'll bring my coffee maker too. Roman was the best part of my stay but he can't work 24 7."
