"Unbelievable, world class service. Every staff member assisted me with a smile and asked if they could do anything to make my stay better. They suggested restaurants, assisted in procuring transport, and always greeted me like family. Clean, large room and very affordable. Excellent breakfast as well. Owen is the best. He represents his hotel - and country - extremely well and they both should be grateful to him. The lobby is clean, stylish, and family friendly. Happy children scamper and play....

"It's at the back of the building and difficult to find. Holiday Inn Express leased 4 floors of the tower building. The condition is OK. The fitness is within the laundry room with one runner machine and one station bike. I guess not that many people use it so they don't care the fitness room that much. It's with the same building as a big mall."

"The suit room was impeccable. There are not much options close by for restaurants, but we tried both restaurants in the hotel and they are quite good. The only disappointment was that one of us was not feeling well and needed more rest. We asked for a late check out for one hour, before we head to the airport, and it was declined. At hotels at this level, I would expect more accommodations at customers’ need."
