El lugar esta muy bonito, muy tranquilo y relajado. Pero no me gusto que no avisarán que había acceso en carro. Que solo indiquen que hay servicio de lancha en ciertos horarios y tuvimos que esperarnos 30min a que llegara la gente de recepción, cuando teníamos prisa.

They made our stay inconvenient said they would refund extra charges for an extra room we did not even use. They said expedia would refund and nothing after a month. Food was horrible. Plus, the manager was rude. Do not waste your money or time staying here.

Es un excelente hotel con unas vistas increíbles y rodeado de la naturaleza fue sorprendente, aparte que la habitación estaba justo enfrente de la laguna únicamente le hace falta mantenimiento.

El Hotel esta muy bien, el detalle es que para llegar es en lancha o por un camino de terraceria que ni intentamos, la comida del restaurant esta buena pero no excelente.

Una experiencia diferente, me gusto el diseño y la tranquilidad. Considerar cuando viajen no sea en epoca de lluvias ya que te trasaladaran en lancha y no será tan facil salir a hacer compras. Excelente servicio

Hotel ecológico a pie de una hermosa laguna
Es un hotel muy bonito, ecológico pero con las comodidades básicas necesarias. La laguna esta hermosa. Mi única queja seria que sin mencionarlo con anterioridad en ninguna parte antes de reservar, te cobran $500 pesos extra si llevas mascota, como cliente creo que es importante tener esta información antes de reservar porque adema no hay cancelaciones. Otro punto a considerar es que el desayuno incluido es solo pan, cafe y fruta, para complementar tienes que pedia a la carta

Muy bonito, natural, personal muy amable y atento. El único punto bajo es para llegarle, la carretera tiene muchos hoyos y es de tierra, los carros se quedan pegados en el lodo.
