"As young Australian travellers we wouldn’t recommend this stay. The staff were uninviting and rather quite unhelpful towards us throughout our stay. When we checked in we were taken to a different older hotel behind the building although we could still use the facilities of the newer building I didn’t see anything about this in my booking records. Overall I would not recommend this hotel the location isn’t great either - don’t waste your time. "

"A good place to stay if you are this area. Not a tourist hotel but more of a long stay hotel. Room is good size, aircon tv work good, plenty of hot water in the shower. The “con” is the cleaning could be better."

"I left a review nearly one year ago to the day. I said if they fixed the wi fi here I would stay again. Nice staff, clean hotel, super cheap for Bangkok. Rooms quiet with solid cement walls, WI FI sucks worse than bad. It's slow in the lobby and if you try to get on when all the residents load up in the afternoon and early evening you won't get connected from your room. Talked to owners daughter (talked with owner himself last year) and explained to both, INVEST in wi fi, this is Bangkok. You...

"This is our return stay at the hotel. The same type of room is bigger this time. No VIP upgrade. We did received the two drinks. The room is facing the pool and BTS, much better window views. Free minibar. The staff were great and always greet or hold the door/elevator. There are construction noises from the hallway due to the 7.7 earthquake. They worked until 8pm to get one of the wall slab replaced. There are cosmetic cracks at the emergency staircase that were also repaired. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices that it felt like a lunch buffet. Ice cream, hot drinks, and cold drinks are available. Asian cuisines are more focused. The pool and the gym were great. There are also a video game room for kids. The sauna and steam rooms are available along with shower and other amenities. "
