"The view from my room was beautiful! The room was perfect for a couple. I would give it a five stars rating if the bathroom didn’t smell like mold. I told the front desk; they said they would look into it; but nothing was done. In addition, the TV didn’t work on the third day that we were there. "We stayed for 4 days with a group of 13. It worked out really great. There is plenty of space, bathrooms, activities and the kitchen was great for food/drinks. Plus the washer/dryer and towels/linens provided was an added bonus. Any time I had a question the manager off property and on were extremely attentive and helpful.The area is extremely accessible for anything you may want or need. You will not be disappointed by choosing to stay. "

"Great property for our two families! Loved the indoor/ outdoor space, pool, golf cart and accessibility to beaches and restaurants. "The property is located within the Avenida Pinilla community which includes access to multiple beaches and the clubhouse. The best surprise was having a housekeeper who kept the house tidied up and made amazing breakfast for us each day. The neighborhood is so nice and extremely safe. The nature surrounds you everywhere you go. A truly unbelievable experience for our family!"

"This is a great house right on the beach with great boogie boarding right out front. There were 10 of us ranging in ages from 10-80 years old. There was plenty of room. "The place was amazing. The views were great and the property was perfect. Many great places to eat in the area and ample kitchen utensils to cook your own meals. The only issue we had, which if you know ahead of time was no big deal but, the city water was on and off during our stay but we worked around it. All and all, it was a great trip."

The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa

"Absolutely beautiful property! The rooms were clean, spacious and beautiful. Lots of food options and every restaurant was different and unique- not like many other all inclusive resorts that serve the same food in a different atmosphere. The pool was huge and felt more like several different pools. Very easy beach access and the entire property was spacious but walkable. The only negative would be the lack of entertainment. Very limited live music and for very brief time periods and there was only one bar open later in the evening which was open for all property guests- including young children. "

"This was a wonderful property, very clean and modern. The best part was the staff: Javier is the most helpful and beautiful soul I have ever met (reception), Jesus and Camila at the reception are very kind and helpful. Rodrigo at the aquatic is awesome and took great care of us. He arranged a boat for us to go island hoping which was the most incredible experience (Daniel and Pablo were the guides on the boat and were incredible). The whole experience at this hotel is a paradise dream. "
