This used to be a 5 star hotel but badly needs refurbishment. It looks like it has had no maintenance for ages. The wooden slats are rotting and dont feel safe underfoot.The doors dont close properly and the shower/bath are really worn out. So in the end you get what you pay for. A pool villa for this price is unbelievable but this resort is really three star at best. There is a very ordinary a la carte breakfast and no food available at lunch and very little at dinner. There is no activity program. Took the shuttle to town to eat. On the plus side the staff are amazing. The villas are large and therefore you can spread out which suited me as it was raining all the time and i needed to work. If you can skip the private pool you are much better off being in town at Anantara for a similar price.

The good and the bad
The good. It’s a beautiful place. Feels really close to nature. You get the see a variety of flora and fauna. The pool villa is spacious. Prices to consume minibar items are reasonable. The bad. You will really feel very close to nature. Bugs, snails, slugs, and millipedes everywhere. Millipedes crawling up the walls, across the bedroom, in the bathroom, in the bathtub. We were unable to use the bathtub during our entire stay because it was full of millipedes. We had to look where we stepped all the time. Opening a door may sometimes come with a crunch when you sadly realised you crushed a bug or other millipede. You’ll need to buy water to wash your cups or boil or brush your teeth. The water from the tap comes out cloudy.

nice place but old, many insect because near the neutral. no hot water at the first night, it had fixed after we request. the pool and view was perfect. please ask the staff immediately once you found no hot water, they can fix it. but if you are afraid of insect, not book this hotel.

We stayed 5 nights (from low to peak season, prior and during CNY) ... the hotel was quite old, the engine was out of order such that we had no hot water to bath on the first night... the problem fixed only when we changed to another room ... breakfast exceeded expectations during low season as they provided semi buffet and served hot dishes by request but the food was not warm enough during peak season when they served "full buffet" ... Shuttle bus was an issue and please book well in advance No housekeeping after 4:30pm so please plan yr time if you stay full day in the resort service staff attitude was good but not all of them can communicate in English fully ... btw, they tried to assist at their best when you reported problems in the way that they could understand ...

We selected family pool villa. It was a surprise to have 2 separated houses with its own outdoor bathtub and outdoor shower, we didn't know at the time of booking. Pool was at suitable size. Quiet and cozy. The location was a little difficult to access, private vehicle recommended.

If you want privacy this is a great place.
After reading reports we were concerned but our fears were for nothing. The villa was spacious with a private garden and big pool. The outside showers were good although the bath was not a great one as it was difficult to get in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok we did have one or two occasions when it took so long for soft boiled eggs that my husband had completely finished his breakfast. This is not a place of you want lots going on. No one seemed to use the bar and the restaurant for dinner. The shuttle service into Hua Hin was very good. We were given a free massage and it was good. Overall we would return as the privacy as space for the amount paid were good.

Great outdoor massage and private pool
The place is quite and beautiful. The private pool is great! But it would be a little bit dark in the resort if you come back to the room late at night. However, the breakfast is not so good. Highly recommend the outdoor massage therapy by the resort, we enjoyed the breeze at the same time with the great and skillful Thai massage here !!!

Nice hotel with lots of room
Private pool, secluded, quiet and accessible. The distance from town can be a bit of a challenge, but get to know a taxi driver and things work just fine. They have a shuttle, but I do not like to be constrained to others timelines. Other than that, the wifi is a bit slow, but it is not a business hotel. The staff are great and helpful

The hotel probably had 3 rooms occupied and all other villas were empty. Far from everything and rooms were bad. Booked 2 nights and I checked out after the first night.

Wonderfully relaxing holiday Villas
Absolutely lovely place to stay in the hills behind Hua Hin. It's a bit remote from the town but there's a fairly regular minibus shuttle in to Hua Hin itself. The upside of this is that it is splendidly tranquil in a beautiful setting. The Villas are amazing with a good size private pool, roof garden and plenty of shady areas for just relaxing and reading. There's a decent restaurant and bar if you don't feel like going into town and the staff are friendly throughout. Had a great time at a price that won't break the bank.

Totally cannot accept, even free of charge I will never stay this hotel anymore. Dirty, no maintenance, bad location, hotel staff not willing to work or help, conclusion is bad, I travel over the world and never stay a night in hotel or resort like this horrible and ruin my holiday.

Overall the stay was excellent except the insects in the vicinity that caused some disturbance as one of my children is prone to insects bite. The stuff were warm and we can feel the efforts made by the team to make the stay unforgettable. There was a small incident that further proved this. A stuff that did the registration made a small mistake on the breakfast time. We were early by 20mins from the actual start time. The gentleman who attended to us was very flexible. I expected a typical apologies and was ready "to be sent away" as most hotel stuff would do. Instead he sat us down and got the team to serve us after he apologised to us. I personally regretted not noting his name as I was busy with my children. Thumbs up for his service. All my family members have commented that they would like to be back in this resort when we visit Hua Hin again.

Nice Pool Villa Hotel in HuaHin far from city ctr
Villa was nice and pleasant. If you want total relaxation, far from activities, this hotel will be great. The bathroom was nice and roomy. We enjoyed the floating bed on top of the pool. However, we have 6 people in our party and asked for 2 additional beds. With 1 extra bed added to each room, the space seemed very crowded and not relaxing anymore, and we ended up renting an extra 1-Bedroom Villa across from our room. Breakfast was nice and had enough variety that we enjoyed. There were no other guests around except us for dinner. The price for dinner was expensive unless you have the chicken skewers BBQ'ed that was 99TB and included all you can eat salad. That was a good deal. Good Villa for couples. Not recommeded for families or travelling with seniors.

Best Location for Holidays
Everything was perfect. Staff was very nice. They had a birthday cake to surprise us. The best thing is big swimming pool in the villa. I will go back to stay again.
