"I loved the quietness and location of the property which is close to the Palace. My room felt like home. Great view of the little Eiffel Tower from the back balcony and from my windows. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that was hard was there is no elevator because of its UNESCO standing and my luggage was 50 pounds - they only had female staff in the morning who were not able to assist. Perhaps hiring a bellboy would be helpful?"

"The room and decor were beautifull with an ornate painted ceiling and stunning wood floor, sadly let down by the bathroom. The room had a very comfy super king size 4 poster bed, sofa with 2 additional period chairs, a dining table for 4. In the corner of the room was a kitchenette, but only cups and glasses even though it had a 2 ring hob! The usual tea, coffee etc. No plates or cutlery or cooking pans. The bathroom was dated and not in a good way. The bidet had been broken and glued...

"simply the best location for Prague, quaint and walkable to most sights and this hotel was so historic and beautiful. One note to the hotel is that the creature comforts could be addressed like better towels, robe and room service would bring another star rating, for now it isn't for the high maintenance traveller."

"The location is excellent and so many options for the transportation.Breakfast is good as well.However, the property has no lift and our room is located at the 3rd floor, so we struggle to carry our luggages upstairs."
