"Had a great stay at this Vrbo in Topeka. Had a great visit with family. Brandie was very responsive to questions thru app. Neighbors dogs barked a lot, but I have dogs so I tuned them out."

"A perfect half way point to meet family for Christmas! We cooked an amazing dinner and sang around a little Christmas tree with all the lights in a cozy room! Watched the Christmas parade on a huge east to use TV. Beds were comfy too! Visited a grocery store and an amazing Italian restaurant all near by?! What a blessed time! "

"Excellent communication with our host. He was quick to work around my techinical issue with VRBO.com and address my requests. The beds were comfortable and the home was welcoming. We didnt get much time to enjoy the patio but it was inviting.The kitchen was well stocked and I loved all the live pets. "

"The home is in a beautiful area with nice large window! There was so much space for all our extended family to hang out and reconnect for a local wedding! The guests that stayed had such wonderful things to say and we all fit in the kitchen island area which is so big and inviting! We had all we needed as far as supplies throughout the kitchen and home! The host is fast to reply and wonderful to work through! "

"Perfect little house for our trip to watch softball. Short walk to the Lake Shawnee Softball Fields. Trails around the lake were great for morning walks. Convenient location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Owner was readily available. We would definitely stay here again!"
