"If you book this property make sure you don't leave anything valuable in the house when you leave and expect to get it back. My son left his brand new Iphone 15 thr during our stay for Thanksgiving and the property managers still have not returned it to us. After contacting them several times and them saying they was going to mail it out here it is Jan and we still have have no phone. It was not like I was asking them to pay for it. I just got tired of kept asking. I would of rather them stated...

"Came to get away for a weekend with friends, beautiful and affordable home! A quiet and peaceful area. Host responds quickly and allowed for an early check-in. Fit 14 of us for comfortably. Overall happy with our stay! "

"Met the need for a family Christmas gathering!Overall a very spacious with more than ample room for 9 people. The kitchen was well appointed and met every need we had. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out in the basement and take advantage of bumper pool and video game. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water tank held out!! Overall would recommend John’s place again, and would be looking to check availability when the biggest amenity, the lake can be utilized."

"This property was perfect for our family needs during Christmas. With 3 small children in tow and meeting with grandparents, who also live out of town, this was the perfect fit for our needs. "Had a girls weekend for hiking and kayaking at Mill Creek. This was the perfect spot - just minutes away from all that we wanted to do. Beds were comfy. House was clean. We enjoyed the back deck as well. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Railroad Ranch. We were in town for a baby shower and needed a central place to stay so we could visit relatives that live in the area. We could not have picked a better spot. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is quite, and I found it be very safe. "

"The staff were great and helpful. The rooms were clean and so were the amenities. The pool was great and the complimentary breakfast was also well done. They have ice cream, cookies, popcorn, and bottles of water complimentary as well. Overall it was a great stay. "
