"Bright, spacious & in a lovely location. Perfect for 2 couples or family of 4. There were chocolates & wine on arrival. Uncertainty about check in details, because I didn't receive the code to the key lock. Luckily the property was unlocked & key was inside. Issue with guttering kept us awake at night due to heavy rain. The maintenance man attempted to fix it on day 1 & day 2 without success, but since we were only there 3 nights, we didn't bother ringing him on day 3. Also, nowhere to dry wet...

"Clean, well equipped cottage with enclosed courtyard ideal for our grandchildren and dog. Very close to sandy dog friendly beach and near the Caister life boat. Excellent cafe and shop in the visitor centre. Would certainly return again a good base for exploring the area by bus or car."

"Prpoerty was ideally situated close to town, with exceptional views of the river. The property was clean, comfortable and tidy if a little dated. However this did not spoil a wonderful break in lovely Wroxham"

"A delightful cottage, that has much more room than you imagine, it is in an excellent location to explore the North Norfolk coast, with a lovely garden that our Grandson and dog ran around all day! . There were 4 adults a toddler and a lively dog, but we never felt ‘ on top of each other’ and had a such a great week we have already booked to go back. "

"Great base for our family holiday to Caister. Well appointed had everything you would need. Plenty of towels which was good as we needed one in the kitchen for drying hands. Did not mention in advert that was right next door to a pub, most nights this was not an issue as the bedrooms are at the front, but on the Saturday there was a live band in the pub which was very loud and went on until 11.30pm. The glazing at the front of the property was great and kept most of the traffic noise out,...
