"We truly appreciated the hospitality as they pointed us to a place to eat (with warnings that the kitchen would close soon) as well as a suggestion for kayaking. Phil also patiently bore us to the kayaking place when my daughter and I got turned around. They even allowed us a shower after kayaking and after our checkout time. The best part was they bore with us as we overstayed our check-out while trying to get on a new flight when our flight was canceled. Thank you for everything."

"The house is simple but comfortable for a couple. The location is perfection if you want to walk across a local road for a morning swim/body surf, if you want to watch people gather with their shovels and start digging at low tide for hot water, if you want an exquisite 45 min walk along a nearly deserted cove. "The individual cabins are pretty much like the Lockwood style construction both inside and out. I guess you could say that they are a bit dated, but nice just the same. It’s quite a nice setting and very quiet. The cabin was equiped with the basics that you would require for a pleasant overnight stay. The water pressure on the shower was disappointing but apart from that it was ok. "
