"Easy check-in and check-out. The price was good and the location was good to drive to places around Kansas City. I bring my own toiletries but if you don’t you should bring shampoo because only soap given."

"Clean rooms , comfortable bed , highly recommend. Although , There was a baby in the next room that was crying for quiet awhile , but then again what baby dont cry. We will definitely be back!! "

"Check-in went smoothly. Did have to inquire about drink coupon we were issued, but they offered that up quickly, however just for one person not two. Garage parking available which was nice. Did have to have the parking tickets validated we obtained which didn’t take long to do upon check out. Room was clean and quiet. We did have to call maintenance as there was no hot water in our room. It was hit or miss after they checked our room but by the morning it was lukewarm. Location was great for...

"Property is gorgeous and cozy. We loved our entire stay. Only conn was the walls are paper thin and could hear everything from other guests on both sides of our room. Considering this we would still stay again! "

"I stayed on this property for three nights and 4 days. The property itself as well as a staff were very excellent. I like that it was fairly quiet and was easy access to shopping and Entertainment. However, one of the amenities that was offered at this hotel was a hot tub. Unfortunately the water temperature was not up to par. I was very disappointed about that. I do recommend this hotel because of how well maintained and beautiful it is. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. "
