"Great stay, all staff were very friendly. This place is super dog friendly (I actually think nearly everyone in the building had a dog) During our evening meal one item on the menu was not quite right and they quickly sorted it out for us. The food was delicious too, including breakfast. The room was spotless and a lovely view across the valley."

"Lovely large room overlooking the main street and with a view of the castle. Very comfy bed with pristine white sheets. Room and bathroom not so clean. Toilet needed a good clean, shower curtain had black mould all across the bottom and the carpet in the room needed hoovering. Very dusty everywhere. That being said, we had a great stay and the location was perfect for our night out around the town"

"Excellent breakfast. Room was clean and tidy good facilities. Bathroom sink had a waterfall tap which made it difficult to fill the kettle without getting water all over it. Spa bath tended to spray water everywhere if you didnt have it really full or you moved about in it. Overall though good value for money and a pleasant stay."
