We didn't mind the lack of tv as it encouraged us to really venture out and explore the Cotswolds. Church Hanborough is also a lovely village to explore on foot from the property, though you need to drive a few minutes for other services. "We needed a place to stay for our family for our son’s Oxford graduation. It wasn’t too far into town. It was clean and convenient to have many rooms. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and large room for gathering in the evenings. We appreciated the parking for our two cars. It was perfect! "

"The apartment was beautiful, warm, comfortable and very well situated, however the washing machine didn't work - we were there for 13 days over Christmas - and the writing/figures on the oven and microwave were all but erased making their use a guessing game. There wasn't a complete set of cutlery, only one tea towel, no oven gloves and although we did virtually no cooking in the apartment we noticed a lack of utensils necessary for those who would cook."

"No communication about how to get in until I asked so we were stuck outside for half an hour. It was freezing when we got in. Put the heating on straight away and it took about 5 hours to warm up as many of the windows need replacing and two of them are so broken they won't shut. The whole place has a cheap feel, bad bedding, not enough pillows, fridge noisy. I'm glad we only had one night booked. It was fairly clean. Lots of things offered on the website didn't exist, like printer or internet...
