"Love the decor and courtyards very friendly staff Parking is terrible at times people with walking difficulties must find it awful. One member of staff turned tv from football which I was watching while dining to Emmerdale even though one tv was already showing Emmerdale so three tv's on same channel usually one tv on freeview and 2 on sky sport"

"The Spa Hotel is spacious and has very nice restrained decor. Our room, booked for a 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration was very large and very comfortable. It was warm and WiFi worked ok though the signal was a little weak in our part of the hotel. We were able to log into our netflix account using the large TV and it worked very well. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options available. The staff throughout were very pleasant and helpful. We didn't use the Spa but the range of treatments and the facility looked very good."
