"Has all you need for an excellent holiday. Two good-sized bedrooms one with en-suite shower room one with its own bathroom, good-sized kitchen-diner and lounge. Everything modern and in good order, effective heating and hot water. Close to lovely walks over coastal heathland and to the seal colony. Village has a good pub that does food and an excellent fish and chip shop."

"Beautiful views, but the cleanliness was poor, floors hadn’t been cleaned and were dirty, cupboards / fridge had finger prints all over , dishwasher absolutely stunk of fish … we had to put it on twice with nothing in just to get rid of the smell. Lovely sliding doors to lovely views, but actual balcony was full of cobwebs. Downstairs pictures were quite deceiving as bunk bed room was very small and no black out blinds anywhere . Bathrooms were nice and modern and quite clean. Sadly the walls on...

"The accommodation was very dog friendly, had easy access to beach and was very clean. Communication with the owner was easy and a welcome pack was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again."

"A very comfortable, clean & well equipped accommodation it had everything you could want on a break. Everything is excellent except it is very closed in around the outside I imagined from the title there were going to be views."

"The chalet was clean and comfortable apart from the ants in all bedrooms and bathroom, they got into handbags and luggage. It’s a quiet location. However internet was down. the smoke detector works when you use toaster or cooker. So had to have cold or eat out. So couldn’t really use as self catering. Ants and smoke detector really let it down if those issues were sorted would be lovely"

"We enjoyed our stay and the property was in a good location for us, a short walk from the beach and Bus stops so we didn't need to worry about finding parking. Our only problem was that the stairs are quite steep and, being retired and not in the best of health, my husband struggled with that."

"The property is perfectly located for spending time on a wonderful sandy beach. In the evening, when the tide is in, you can hear the sea while sitting in the back garden. "My patner and i stayed along with our 3 children who are 12, 15 and 17. Very close to the beach and Cromer is virtually on your doorstep, the house has everything you need for a stay away from home and is very clean. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends."
