"I booked this for my elderly parents as they have stayed there in the past. It is mostly an older building so I doubt I will book again as my dad found the stairs particularly difficult (90 & has had a hip replacement). The room was used to sleep in & get ready the following day. My dad slept well having driven from north Norfolk & had no nap during the day. "The swan is a lovely historic hotel, service and food were both very good , all staff were really helpful and attentive, we had to leave early but this is in no way a reflection of our stay , we had a lovely time while we were there "
