"The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

"The pros are: It’s really close to the beach, the beds are comfortable, it’s relatively clean, spacious house with breathtaking view, air conditioning throughout, nice gazebo. Cons: WiFi signal only works in the middle room, It was very difficult finding the property since GPS doesn’t accurately track."

"This was a nice sized house for our family. It had a decent kitchen, and a nice outdoor area in the back. But the location was the best part of this stay. It was less than a five minute walk to the bay for excursions, restaurants, and shopping. It was also only a ten minute drive or so to get to a grocery store. The owners were also super responsive. It was a great stay for our family!"

"Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!"

"The place was nice, love that it was very private. Check in was good. Had to go out for garbage bags, kitchen towels and bathroom paper. Which i feel they could have suppled more of. Don't bother calling they will not accomedate you.calling "
