"This was our second time staying at one of Ernie's properties. We cant say enough great things about our stay. This is a delightful little house/cottage. Full kitchen & bathroom. Quaint living room and large king bedroom. Fully stocked & with many furnishings, extra towels, bedding & toiletries. There is a really cool little hot tub for a late afternoon soak. He supplies beach chairs, cooler, umbrella & snorkels for fun days at the local beaches. You can literally walk down the block to playa...

"The house was very clean! The neighborhood was busier than expected. It was odd having someone walk by the patio as they were staying in house below. Would have wanted more privacy. "

"We loved the house and the property. The house was very nice and the property great for our family. The property is large without outdoor activities including pool table, pool and basketball court and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Puerto Rico also experienced an island-wide power outage during our stay and the home has a whole-home generator so we were not impacted other than loss of Wifi, which was minor compared to how many others were impacted. "

"We (5 surfers) rented the property the first week of Feb 2023 and were extremely disappointed with the condition. Mainly, there was mold throughout the house with the lower level bedroom blinds covered in it. As such, no one felt comfortable staying in those rooms to the point where we had two people sleeping on the floor on the second floor living room (which also has mold on the blinds). "What a great place to stay. Cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you need and right in front of the beach. You hear the sound of the waves day and night which is delightful. We were also very close to family. We will definitely stay here again."

"This was our third time staying at Casa Del Mar with host Brian. We plan to continue coming back as we feel this has become like a home away from from home. The view is spectacular and being able to walk right onto the beach is amazing. Brian is very knowledgeable about the area and is readily available for any questions. Highly recommend! "

"First - the photos of this property are great but, don't give this beautiful property any justice. We were in a different world perched up overlooking Anasco with the ocean in the background. We shut off the a/c's and opened up the windows and doors. The home was so clean that we dropped our shoes at the door and were able to walk barefoot. "The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! "We loved our stay at Casa Canal. the house was well appointed, pool was amazing, beach was exceptional and close to downtown Rincon. Stu, the property manager, was attentive and great to communicate with although we had nothing that needed his assistance! Going back next year. Was our best Puerto Rico trip so far!"
