"Plenty of room for our family. Lovely sunroom. Couches galore. Well equipped kitchen with lots of pots and pans, air fryer, coffee makers and waffle iron. Convenient washer and dryer on second floor. Good communications with host. A few items would have made it perfect- we needed dish towels, hand towels, hand soap, paper towels, napkins, tissues. And the toilet paper was the thinnest ever… otherwise we enjoyed our stay a lot. "

"My group stayed here to celebrate my fiance's 30th birthday. We are from the area and wanted to stay close. The location was perfect for a night at Pats Place. The house was beautiful and large enough for everyone to feel comfortable. The host was very accommodating & helpful. He made sure the pool was opened & cleaned (even early for us!), offered us an early & late check-in/check-out, and was very communicative and friendly."

The boys loved the arcade games in the kids' room and I really appreciated the labels on the kitchen cabinets and the light switches. The shoe rack by the front door was also greatly appreciated. It's a good choice for a family get together."
