"We rented this house for our family to visit us at Thanksgiving. It was everything that we had hoped for. Quiet and relaxing. If you are traveling with small children be aware that there is a portion of the stairway that is open, no railing. I was a little nervous at first but we managed fine. Adding a microwave would be awesome, but we managed fine with the toaster oven. Would definitely recommend. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice and clean. We loved we could dock our boat. Owners were super friendly and helpful and same for the neighbors. What a peaceful little place back there. My kids did not want to leave! I read the reviews before booking so I knew there were 3 sets of stairs and a slope to the dock. "We were in Clarksville for a mission and needed a convenient place to stay. The villa worked well for our needs since we were just grabbing a few hours of sleep and showers. The furniture and beds need upgraded, very cheap. The villa needs overall deep cleaning, mold evident on walls and shower. Also a coffee pot would be nice, we left one that we had purchased so hopefully they dont throw it away. Overall a nice stay and very convenient to downtown Clarksville."

"The house was perfect for our weekend trip to the lake. The location was convenient for getting on the lake and for going out to dinner. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast before heading out on adventures. The driveway was a little tight to turn around the boat trailer, but it is do able."

"My daughter and I needed a place to stay while visiting family in the area. The property was a peaceful escape and provided all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the selection of tea and coffee. Access to the lake is a short drive, including a resort which has water sports rentals and a restaurant.
